Every client I work with is unique. 

My aim is to make my clients feel comfortable with talking about where they are now and what they would like to achieve.  This could mean simply talking things through, maybe using visualisations to help 'see' things more clearly, or using a simple form of meditation, to help with relaxation. Its all about being able to express how you are feeling about something that is bothering you.

I have a number of techniques I can use that are proven to help in coaching successfully these include Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy.

These are practical tools I can use when working with you to help you achieve your goals.

I will always want to speak to you first, by email or phone to see if I can help you. I'm not a doctor, psychiatrist or specialist counsellor and would be honest with you if  I thought you needed a different kind of help.

We will be working with trust so you need to feel comfortable with my style of coaching.

Helping  you to achieve your life goals 

We live in a very fast moving, multi media, have it all, right now world.

Sometimes we get confused. Sometimes we feel we don't have the things we want and we don't know how to get them. Sometimes we feel let down or that we have let ourselves down.

Often we are very hard on ourselves and we get frustrated.

Maybe we know what we want - we just don't know how to get there.

There are many different types of coaches around today.

I am a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programmer. This means I have a practical approach to my work as a coach.

What does a Personal Coach Do?

By listening to what you want or don't want and by using my coaching skills we can discover the root of what is bothering you.

By using various language patterns including Time Line Therapy and hypnosis you can form new habits and patterns in your ways of thinking. This will help you achieve what you want to do.

I can't make you do anything you don't want to.

I'm not a counsellor. I will not offer advice - telling you what to do.

The work comes from you. My role is to find the solution by working with you - so you decide the best course of action for you and so resolve what is bothering you.

My Fees

Most of my work is done on an hourly basis. I charge £45 per hour.

You would come to my office - a neutral space for you to be able to talk in confidence.

We would have an initial meeting. At this session we start our coaching. Maybe you will only need one session - often phobias can be cured with one session. If not we would agree on how many sessions may be needed so you are clear on your coaching plan.

Then you will have your own individual programme and can start working straight away on achieving your goals.

Current Programmes

Some 'issues' are fairly common - so that is reassuring for you - you are not on your own!

I have spent some time looking at these - looking at common themes and what works for people. I have drawn up a programme with a fixed fee to make you feel more comfortable on what you are paying for.

The programmes follow a kind of menu.

They are simple to follow and easy to understand. I tailor the menu to suit you following our first meeting. All the work is still one to one - individual attention- focusing on you and getting the results you want.
