YOGA FLOW Wednesday 6pm -7:15pm
There are lots of different styles of yoga - I call my style of teaching yoga flow.
My classes are suitable for all levels - from beginners to more advanced students.
The classes are relaxed, each week we practice different postures, and maybe try and learn new postures. Then we put them together into a flowing movement, using our bodies and breath work to create a lovely yoga sequence that will ultimately lead us to a relaxation / meditative practice at the end of class.
Each week there is a different theme, maybe working through the chakras, maybe dealing with emotions such as anger or having an over busy mind. After the hours practice you should come away being more aware about how your body is feeling and how you are feeling emotionally and spiritually - more balanced - a perfect mid week practice.
